VIP Tables

VIP tables offer prime seating within the VIP area. All table options include:

·       Exclusive VIP seating with dedicated servers

·       Access to the VIP table service guest-only bar

·       All privileges associated with VIP tickets

This year we're offering a variety of table options, including dance floor tables facing the stage, elevated tables adjacent to the stage, and 2 On Stage tables positioned on the elevated stage area facing the crowd.

Each table reservation includes VIP admission tickets, "Table Guest" wristbands, and drink tickets — redeemable with your cocktail server or at any bar inside the venue, including the VIP table service guest-only bar. Please note that in compliance with San Diego County regulations, bottle service is not permitted at this venue; however, our drink service is designed to provide an equally seamless experience.

Package Options Include:

On Stage VIP Tables - $20,000 per day (Subject to availability)

·  Tickets and Admission for 10 VIP guests (Single day VIP tickets)

·  VIP table located on stage facing the crowd

·  Exclusive backstage access to the artist area — including bar and bathrooms — for 10 guests.

· 10 backstage wristbands for access to your designated area

 Alcohol package includes:

  • Choice of 3 bottles: 1942, Clase Azul, or Grey Goose (kept at service bar and poured by your server)

  • 2 bottles of Champagne — Veuve Clicquot or Dom Pérignon, poured at your table

  • 50 additional drink tickets

Dance Floor Table - Premium - $10,000-15,000 per day  (2 available each day)

·  VIP Tickets and Admission for 12-15 VIP guests (Single day VIP tickets)

·  VIP table located on the dance floor facing stage

·  12-15 table wristbands for access to your designated area

 Alcohol package includes:

  • 100-150 drink tickets (Subject to table minimum)

  • 1 bottle of Champagne — Veuve Clicquot or Dom Pérignon, poured at your table

Dance Floor Table - Standard - $10,000 per day  (2 available each day)

· VIP Tickets and Admission for 12 VIP guests (Single day VIP tickets)

· VIP table located on the dance floor

· 12 table wristbands for access to your designated area

 Alcohol package includes:

  • 120 drink tickets (Subject to table minimum)

  • 1 bottle of Champagne — Veuve Clicquot or Dom Pérignon, poured at your table

Elevated Tables - $5,000 - $12,500 per day (6 available each day)

·  VIP Tickets and Admission for 8-15 guests (Single day VIP tickets)

·  VIP table located on the elevated area above the water fountains

·  10-18 table wristbands for access to your designated area

Alcohol package:

  • Drink tickets and champagne are included and scaled to your group size and table tier. Specific quantities will be confirmed at booking

FAQs

  • Simply email us back at Info@intothehorizon.com and we can get you set-up. Due to limited availability, full payment is required to confirm your reservation. We accept payments via Credit Card, Zelle, Venmo, or Check.

  • Not to worry! We can credit your ticket purchases toward the table cost and either cancel or convert your existing tickets.

  • For your comfort, we allow up to three additional “Table Guest” wristbands beyond the number of VIP Admissions included in your package for elevated and dancefloor tables. The additional guests must purchase their own VIP ticket and receive one of your “Table Guest” wristbands. If you have more than three extra guests, you may consider booking two tables and request placement together. However, stage table access is limited to the size of your party.

  • The event location, in compliance with San Diego County regulations, prohibits bottle service. However, our drink service is tailored to provide an equally satisfying experience, ensuring compliance with local alcohol laws.

  • We allow cancellations up to 30 days before the event. However, if all tables sell out before the 30-day mark, we will notify all table purchasers and provide 48 hours to cancel. After either of the above deadlines, refunds will only be issued if we are able to re-sell your table.

  • Your server can take your drink order and bring your drinks using your drink tickets or you can use the drink tickets at any bar inside the venue including VIP table guest only bar.

  • 1 drink ticket is good for any non-alcoholic beverage or single drink up to 16oz. Doubles or cans larger than 16oz use 2 drink tickets.
